Human Resources & Administration Officer Duties

1. Ensure compliance with all government regulations and requirements, company policies, and relevant labor laws.

2. Professional on generating the payroll.

3. Handling recruitment process for Bahrainis and non-Bahrainis.

4. Handling the final settlements and indemnity.

5. Plan the staff training.

6. Prepare the HR reports and analytics.

7. Prepare annual performance appraisals.

  • Bahraini Nationals 
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR role.
